Inducing Foods

Acne can be induced by eating the wrong foods. Be sure to
eliminate junk and processed foods like nachos, colas, candy, chips as
these
foods are very toxic to the body. <>
What happens is sugar encourages oil production
and provides
nourishment for yeast and bacteria. Whatever you do, do not consume
foods that
contain added sugar, especially substitutes like aspartame and charine.
These
artificial sugars have a poisonous effect on the body, and it also
leads to
sugar addiction. Remember, sugar and acne don’t mix. <>
Here are some more
foods to ban from your diet. These foods actually induce acne:
- Tacos
- Tofu
- Tortillas
- Waffles
- Peas
- Pie
- Pita bread
- Pizza
- Popcorn
- Potatoes
- Pudding
- Relish
- Rice
- Snack foods (e.g., potato chips, pretzels, corn chips, rice
and corn cakes, etc.)
Also
stay away from hydrogenated and
saturated fats since these are difficult for the body to digest. They
also
induce acne. Keep margarine, fried foods and solid fats like lard and
vegetable
shortening out of your diet. Sorry, no muffins.
Be
sure to read the label of foods to
ensure these ingredients do not exist. If they do, don’t even consider
eating
it. Remember, you want clear skin and need to practice discipline.
There are
lots of healthy, great tasting foods that are good for you and you can
have fun
eating them.
Here are a list of acne reducing foods. These re
antioxidant rich foods
that are great for the skin. Try adding these to your daily diet:
- Green Tea
- Halibut
- Hazelnuts
- Honeydew melon
- Kale
- Kidney beans
- Kiwi
- Lentils
- Lettuce
- Macadamia nuts
- Melon
- Milk
For
those who suffer from adult acne what
must be known is that it is usually caused by a reaction to certain
foods. Most
likely the body is sensitive to the ingredients in a particular food.
The
most common acne triggers are sugar,
wheat, dairy, chocolate and corn. I’ll share more with you a bit later
in
future tips on how to see if you are sensitive to a certain food. But
try to
eliminate foods like the above (breads, wheat, sugars and chocolate)
one by one
to see if this causes any change in your skin. Try this food
elimination for
two weeks carefully tracking the results.
