Acne, blemishes
and inflammation can be emotionally debilitating as well as
embarrassing. However, many fail to realize that the foods we eat
have a profound affect on the way our skin looks. Acne is
inflammation of the skin. Its scientific name is acne vulgaris because
acne usually strikes in highly visible areas of the body like the face,
neck, back and chest area.
There are
several thousands of drugs, herbal treatments and natural supplements
available in the treatment of acne, but a much more inexpensive and
natural way to reduce pain and inflammation is by eating the right
