In
order to treat acne, you need to immediately stop drinking coffee and
soda – especially
diet soda which is latent with chemicals which are horrible for your
skin. These drink choices actually induce acne. Oh,
and no fruit juices. These are full of sugar. Stick to water and green
tea.
Discipline is the key.
If you want good skin, I urge you to
cut out the drinks that only give your acne a boost and keep you
feeling
helpless and ashamed. Got a prom, wedding or special event to attend in
a
few weeks or months? Make the change. You’ll be glad you did.
Start your day with some light exercise like pilates or yoga. Lots of
stretching is great at loosening tight muscles and increasing
circulation.
Always start your day with an 8 ounce glass of water followed by
breakfast.
For breakfast, try eating cooked oatmeal. (Whatever you do, don't eat
instant oatmeal as this is not natural and will have negative effects
on your skin).
Have a few slices of some cantaloupe or an apple. Some green tea is
also a great compliment. Green tea is also an anti-inflammatory drink
that assists in treating acne.
Don't eat any bread or toast as this is an inflammatory food that
actually assists acne. Slowly begin to change your habits.
Foods like sugar, processed foods, pasta, breads, pastry and
baked goods are horrible for the body and can actually increase levels
of the
pro-inflammatory peptides which lead to tired, puffy skin, blemishes
and
prematurely aged skin.
